Shipping Policy
All Earth&Sugar pacakges are shipped with The Courier Guy Economy shipping which can take 2-4 days from shipment. If a client needs fast shipping overnight shipping can be used (1-2 days) for an extra fee.

The client will receive a tracking number once shipped, once the package has been shipped it is out of Earth&Sugars hands and we are no longer responsible for the parcel.

Return & Exchange Policy
Earth&Sugar cannot accept returns on customized orders due to the nature of the item. Clients should take note of size charts.
Earth&Sugar can accept returns from non-customized items or items that are faulty. If a faulty item (stitching incorrect) can be fixed Earth&Sugar will happily replace or fix any mistake made. All items are handmade and every now and then a defect slips through, however we pride ourselves on our high quality embroidery.
